Relax at home with these DIY pampering tips.
(The best part, you’ll most likely have all of these in your pantry.)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp honey
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white sugar
(I sometimes add coconut oil, but it can be too greasy at times - seasonally speaking.)
(There are so many coffee scrub variations that you can make at home. Check out my Pinterest board for more. Exfoliating with this scrub improves blood flow and leaves the skin smooth. It may assist in the appearance of cellulite with the addition of a healthy lifestyle. )
2 tbsp oats
1/2 ripe banana
1 tbsp milk
(Leave on for about 10/12 minutes. Soak - clean hand towel in hot water. Wipe clean with towel and rinse face with luke warm water.
